A research team in Kufa and Babylon Universities obtained a patent on implementing of a laser sterilization unit of raw milk that runs by artificial intelligence. The patent included implementing the sterilization system of raw milk via optical and non-thermal method at different levels as required, which is controlled by artificial intelligence and software with remote control system. The patent aimed at reducing the cost of sterilization and preserving the specific qualities of milk.
