A Ph.D. thesis was discussed in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Tikrit on strategic planning and cultural intelligence and their relation to administrative creativity among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region of Iraq by the postgraduate student, Mr. Hemin Hoshyar Karim. The thesis aimed at building a scale of strategic planning for members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and a measure of cultural intelligence among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The thesis concluded the effectiveness of the measures of strategic planning, cultural intelligence and administrative creativity that the researcher built to apply to the current research community, the existence of a positive moral correlation between strategic planning and administrative creativity among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
