Higher Education is keen on receiving any queries or complements of any observations concerning the university institutions or Ministry’s departments, Director of Relations and Media and Spokesman, Dr. Haider M. J Al-Aboudi said.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa directed the Ministry’s departments and university institutions to deal with the quiries of citizens or media means to improve the performance of the educational institutions to serve the community.
Dr. Al-Aboudi mentioned that in order to respond quickly to citizens' queries, they are invited to deal with the official channels represented by the Department of Citizens Affairs or the Directorate of Relations and Media in order to provide the required perceptions and answers in light of laws and regulations in force.
