His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi called on all Iraqi university students to actively participate in the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award.
Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed that the Ministry has provided a serious and stimulating environment for positive cultural interaction with selected texts from solid books, with the aim of achieving the goals sought by university institutions in Iraq.
His Excellency added that the previous two editions of the competition achieved remarkable success in stimulating qualitative participation and enhancing the level of critical reading among university students.
