A faculty member in the College of Science, University of Al-Mustansiriyah obtained a patent on preparing new drugs to treat skin sores and eczema.
The patent, in which granted by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control Unit of the Ministry of Planning, reviewed that the polymers were prepared spectrally via using infrared, ultraviolet (UV), NMR spectroscopy and accelerating velocities were studied with different acidic temperatures at 37 ° C.
The patent also reviewed that the drugs were prepared from durable materials that have a long term, do not damage storage or heat.
