College of Pharmacy, University of Al-Mustansiriyah organized a workshop on the interaction of serial polymerization and electrical relay in microbiology lab.
The workshop, in which a number of researchers participated, included defining the polymerase chain reaction theory, how the final calculations of PCR and the PCR, as well as reviewing the technique of the electrical transfer of DNA-amplified samples via electric field.
The workshop reviewed the purpose of using PCR technique is to amplify the number of copies of the gene and to use it as a template for DNA analyzing for the purpose of functional analyzing genes, diagnosing genetic diseases, identifying genetic fingerprints, detecting of infectious diseases.
