College of Information Technology, University of Babylon conducted a study on improving the security of cognitive radio networks, with the participation of researchers and specialists.

The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, aimed at improving the security of cognitive radio networks via building an intelligent security system based on finding, comparing and adding keywords to radio networks based on their sensitivity and effective impact in the military environment.

The study reviewed reducing random behavior, improving network performance and increasing the number of effective nodes via comparing these results to three different environments (a normal environment without a security system, a secure environment within the proposed system and an unstable security and behavioral environment within the network).
