His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa toured University of Mosul, its Colleges and its academic facilities and announced on resumption of studying on next September and Dr. Al-Esa said that the Ministry is conducting rapid rehabilitation process to rehab the damaged facilities of the university which were damaged by Daaish .

Dr. Al-Esa added that the Ministry is conducting rapid rehabilitation process, in cooperation with the government institutions and international organizations to rehab the University of Mosul wish was damaged by Daaish.

His Excellency praised the courage of the university’s staffs, faculty members and students for their keenness to challenge terrorists and contribute in reconstructing this great academic edifice.

Dr. Al-Esa said that the Ministry will provide rehab training courses for the university’s staffs to enhance the citizenship principle.

His Excellency attended Ph.D. thesis discussion of postgraduate of the College of Science.
