During a meeting with advanced staff of the Ministry, Higher Education launched experimental service of the Iraqi Virtual Scientific Library to be available to all scientific and research institutions and Ministries, Director General of Research and Development, Dr. Ghassan Hameed Abdul Majeed said.
Dr. Abdul Majeed added that the virtual scientific library includes two stages, the first is on the role of publishing and free journals and the second is on the most of the international scientific journals.
Dr. Abdul Majeed mentioned that the Ministry is working on signing contracts and starting the process of downloading research via the website (www.ivs.org.)
