Faulty member in the College of Education for Pure Science, University of Karbala published a book on extraction methods of DNA and RNA.
The book, in which published by German Lambert Foundation, reviewed methods of DNA and RNA with oxygen from various living organisms via using ready-made equipment or using normal manual methods.
The book included reviewing methods of extracting DNA via using Kits and using the appropriate method to obtain appropriate concentrations of DNA.
The book mentioned how to benefit the DNA, used methods in genetic studies, types of enzymes, their alternatives and methods of selecting samples.
