College of Technical Engineering -Basra, Southern Technical University delivered a lecture on improving the performance of the solar water distillation system, the Faculty Member in the College, Mrs. Russell Jawad Kadhim said. Mrs. Kadhim added that the lecture aimed at building a water distillation system via using solar energy in order to improve the solar distillation process, as two flat plate solar systems were added by two methods of series linking and parallel linking. Mrs. Kadhim continued by saying that the lecture concluded building a mathematical model that simulates the work of the system in order to obtain theoretical results with more variables and to match theoretical and practical results.
