The UNESCO Congratulated His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi for the decision of adopting the Bologna Process in the Technical Universities. The Organization described in a post of its statement was published in its official Facebook page that the decision of Dr. Al-Aboudi as an important factor in rebuilding and enhancing the quality of Higher Education in Iraq. The UNESCO appreciated the high commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidents of the Technical Universities in adopting the new educational system and developing academic programs at the bachelor’s level within this educational framework. The Organization expressed its aspiration to work with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and to implement the project in other Iraqi universities.
