College of Engineering, University of Al-Qadisiyah organized a symposium on sustainable energy and its applications in Iraq.
The symposium reviewed three research projects on generating of electric power via wind turbines, hydroelectric plants and solar energy.
The symposium recommended investing solar energy and wind energy for their low costs as well as the possibility to be installed near the consumer.
