Department of Environment and Water, merged Ministry of Science and Technology delivered a lecture on the sustainability of groundwater in Iraq.
The lecture reviewed applying water sustainability in general as well as addressing the problems of groundwater in Iraq.
The lecture also reviewed step of determining the groundwater reservoirs and assessing of water quality and quantity in accurate manner which represents one of the most important steps to implement water sustainability in Iraq that will contribute in enhancing of water capacity in Iraq and managing water resources.
