Faculty members in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basra published a book entitled "The Economics of Labor".
The book reviewed the basic concepts of the labor market and its importance in the economic and social life of the developed countries.
The book also reviewed the importance of organizing the process of supply and demand in the markets, how to balance supply and demand to the work, determining the magnitude of unemployment and how to treat them via using the available planning methods for employment in the labor market.
