A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Medicine, University of Diyala on a molecular influenza A and B type with the vaccination period in Iraq by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Manal Abdul Moneim Ahmed. The dissertation aimed at identifying the existing influenza (IV) virus subtype via using advanced diagnostic methods. The dissertation reviewed insignificant percentages for the age group more than 75 years for all types, and Baghdad governorate advanced in the rates of infection with types A and B by 65% of the total cases examined, followed by Dohuk Governorate and Diyala.
