A joint research team in the College of Pharmacy, University of Al-Mustansiriyah conducted an online joint study on manufacturing a series of new anti-bacterial 4-thiazolidinone-pharmacur 5 (a-d)). The joint study reviewed diagnosing the chemical composition of medium and final compounds via using spectroscopy (FT-IR) and (1 H-NMR) and testing them against several types of bacteria by technical good spread as anti-microbial agents. The joint study aimed at stimulating of molecular anchoring via Eldoquin programs for the most active compounds in the area of the active protein of bacteria. The joint study concluded that the compounds of 5b and 5c possess a clear inhibition activity and against different types of negative and G-positive bacteria if compared to the standard drug known as trimethoprim.
