College of Political Science, University of Al-Nahrain held a symposium on combating electronic recruitment. The symposium, in which a number of faculty members and students participated, delivered two lectures, the first on electronic recruitment of terrorist organizations and strategy to address them and the second on the legal effects of electronic recruitment in Iraq. The symposium recommended developing legal legislation to address this phenomenon, as well as organizing civic initiatives to raise awareness of the dangers of youth.
