Faculty members in the College of Law, University of Babylon published a book on the criminal protection of medical drugs a comparative study.
The book included three chapters on criminal protection of medical drugs and analyzing pictures of the substantive criminal protection of medicines via reviewing the pictures of the misdemeanors of drug abuse and the procedural protection of medical drugs by testing this protection in the pre-trial phase as well as providing a detailed explanation of the trial stage and the appeal In the provisions.
The book aimed at activating the role of criminal protection of medical drugs as one of the most important and vital commodities which related to individual’s life and community.
