Center for Continuing Education, University of Basrah organized an online workshop on crisis management skills, the Faculty Member in the Center, by Dr. Wamid Abd Al-Zahra Khudair said. Dr. Khudair added that the online workshop aimed at training the participants on how to best manage the crisis, suggesting alternatives and redistributing roles and tasks for the work team. Dr. Khudair continued by saying that the online workshop reviewed the meaning and the concept of the crisis, possessing a clear understanding of the causes of emergence, methods of treatment for future crises, familiarity with the basics of crises diagnosis, administrative needs to deal with them and the method of drawing scenarios via adopting dealing behaviors dedicated to exceptional circumstances. Dr. Khudair highlighted that the online workshop called for developing a strategic plan for how to manage crises in government departments of a service nature.
