Higher Education reviewed with German Agency for International Cooperation inaugurating technological incubators to develop the graduates’ skills and prepare them for labor markets, Ministry’s Deputy for Legal and Administrative Affairs and, Dr. Mohammed Al-Saraj said.

Dr. Al-Saraj added that the Ministry is keen on developing the skill of its graduates via creating technological incubators and developing centers that raise the technical capacity of the graduate, enhance skills and create employment opportunities in different sectors.

Dr. Al-Saraj added that the Ministry is working on communicating with international organizations and extending bridges of cooperation to benefit from the scientific expertise of the advanced countries.

Dr. Al-Saraj mentioned that the meeting reviewed developing project standards and mechanisms of implementation according to the laws and instructions of the Ministry as well as the specifying the location of the three incubators technology in Iraqi universities.
