College of Science, University of Misan organized an online course on network fundamentals, characteristics and types via FCC Platform, the Faculty Member in the College, Dr. Salwa Muhammed said. Dr. Muhammed added that the online course demonstrated how to enable network devices to communicate with each other to facilitate and organize the process of sharing data such as files, folders, images and program. Dr. Muhammed continued by saying that the online course also reviewed the types of networks and their characteristics, as well as the network cards and the types of cables used in the networks.
