During a meeting with the Advisor of the University of Gaziantep, Dr. Mohammed Oz Aslan, University of Al-Mustansiriyah reviewed activating joint scientific cooperation between the two universities, President of the University, Dr. Hamid Fadhil Al-Tamimi said. Dr. Al-Tamimi added that the meeting highlighted cooperation mechanisms with the Turkish University in the field of joint scientific research, supervising postgraduate students, organizing joint international conferences between the two sides and the possibility of exchange between the two universities. Dr. Al-Tamimi expressed the readiness and ability of the University to admit Turkish students in various scientific specialties. Dr. Al-Tamimi that the university is working to open channels of communication with various recognized international universities in light of implementing the objectives of the projects of the government program for higher education. For his part, Dr. Aslan expressed the university’s keenness on enhancing bridges of cooperation between the two universities. Dr. Aslan reviewed the importance of benefiting from joint experiences and contributing to the exchange of modern technologies and sciences to serve the scientific research process.
