Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, University of Al-Mustansiriyah organized a training course on projects managements.
The course, in which a number of students and faculty members participated, aimed at developing graduates' abilities according to a curriculum based on project planning, feasibility study, marketing and sales, as well as calculating costs and final accounts.
The course included delivering three lectures, the first was on marketing, mixing of marketing, market concept, importance, retail and market survey, the second was on feasibility study and project planning and the third was on project cost accounts and final accounts.
The course reviewed marketing plan, how to market a new product and common marketing mistakes, in order to learn how to meet the market’s needs and specifications of the desired product before being marketed in the marketplace.
