Higher Education adopted the granted private scholarships of the universities, Director of Relations and Media and Spokesman, Dr. Haider M. J Al-Aboudi said.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that the Ministry informed all Ministries, universities, the two bodies, non-employees, Technical Education Association, Iraqi Council of Medical Specialties and Iraqi Commission for Computers and Informatics
Dr. Al-Aboudi mentioned that the decision is to sober the academic certificate of student of special scholarship as well as obtaining graduates with scientific and technical advantage for the Ministry and the government institutions.
Dr. Al-Aboudi said that the decision will be implemented in the academic year 2018-2019.
