Center of Continuing Education, University of Nineveh held a training course on institutional accreditation standards and self-evaluation methods. The course reviewed the basic terminology and concepts in quality, national institutional accreditation standards for Higher Education’s institutions in Iraq and mechanisms for applying accreditation indicators. The course demonstrated quality concepts, national standards for institutional accreditation, the value and mechanisms of implementation, and discussing the need to improve work conditions in the departments and divisions of the university and its laboratories and implement all quality standards.
