His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi honored the winners of the Iraqi Flag Day Awards in collaboration with Clarivate.

 Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed that the awards included the Distinguished University Award for Institutional Performance and the Field of Scientific Research, the Distinguished Researcher Award, and the Distinguished Scientific Society Award.

His Excellency highlighted that University of Technology won first scoe in the Distinguished University Award among public universities, Al-Mustaqbal University won first score in the Distinguished University Award among private universities, the University of Babylon also won first score in the Distinguished University Award in the Field of Scientific Research besides Al-Ayen University, the University of Technology,Al-Mustaqbal University and the University of Baghdad.

His Excellency added that anumber of distinguished researchers won Distinguished Researcher Awards from the Universities of Technology, Diyala, Kufa and Basrah and other researchers won Distinguished Research Awards from the Universities of Babylon, Diyala, Al-Mustansiriya and Al-Qasim Green.

It is worth to be mentioned that the awards concluded with honoring distinguished scientific university students, namely the Iraqi Society for Medical Research and Studies, the Iraqi Mathematics Societ, and the National Forum for Thought and Cultural Research.
