The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the results of the examinations for the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award for 2025, confirming that the cultural and intellectual mission of the competition has achieved its objectives in Iraqi universities.

Higher Education reviewed that the organizing Ministerial committee says that the number of registered students through the award platform reached (27,049) undergraduate and graduate students, as well as international students, who competed to read the book (The Problem of Culture) by the Arab thinker Malek Bennabi.

The Ministry highlighted the total value of the award is (100 million Iraqi dinars), distributed among twenty winners as follows:

* Top winner: ten million dinars.

* Second winner: eight million dinars.

* Third winner: five and a half million dinars.

* Fourth to twentieth winners: four and a half million dinars.

Higher Education continued by saying that the organizing Ministerial committee notes that the venue and time of the ceremony honoring the twenty winners will be announced in the coming days.
