His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “On our auspicious National Day, we stand proudly under the banner of Iraq, renewing our pledge to continue establishing everything that enhances the advancement of our people, protects our sacred land and embodies the authenticity of our glorious history”.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “As the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its universities celebrated this occasion, we affirm that their academic and scientific mission will remain a pillar in achieving the nation's aspirations and integrating its objectives to promote comprehensive development and contribute effectively to shaping the future."
