A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Engineering, University of Al-Iraqiah a soft computing model for recording medical images in an Internet of things environment by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Israa Yarub Youssef. The dissertation reviewed proposing a system consisting of two stages, the first of which is to take images that include the genetic algorithm and the second includes the classifier fuzzy-PNN. The dissertation demonstrated the importance of automating robust medical analysis and classifying brain tumors of MRI images into normal and abnormal using the Internet of Things environment. The dissertation aimed at studying the method of taking and classifying medical images and creating an MRI data set to classify a brain tumor as a case study, as well as developing a MIR model that combines a parameter-based approach via using GA as an enhancer, waveform and fusion as a match-based method and transformation to produce more accurate results.
