During the central graduation ceremony for the eleventh graduating group, entitled (The Graduation & Innovation Class), His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi honored the top students from the colleges and institutes of the Middle Technical University, as well as its distinguished postgraduate students.

His Excellency emphasized that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is committed to continuously support and enhance the capabilities and skills of graduates and foster their excellence through a sustainable relation that is renewed through ongoing support and communication between students and their educational institutions, even after graduation and the acquisition of academic and professional specialization tools.

Dr. Al-Aboudi reiterated the commitment to continue the path of responsibility, overcome obstacles, support university staff, and providing modern infrastructure that enables higher education institutions in Iraq to fulfill their national mission efficiently and effectively.

It must  be mentioned that the graduation ceremony included delivering speeches by the President of the Middle Technical University, Dr. Wadhah Amer Al-Tamimi and graduating students, as well as the presentation of the graduates' message to representatives of the incoming class and the awarding of diplomas.

It is significant to mention that the events concluded with the honoring of the top students in colleges and institutes and the distinguished postgraduate students by His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi, who expressed his confidence in the graduates and their ability to bear responsibility and embody their scientific mission in serving society.
