His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We extend our deepest condolences to the academic and cultural community on the passing of Prof. Dr. Sahib Jaafar Abu Janah, who left behind a distinguished scholarly legacy and significant intellectual contributions in the field of linguistics and in service to the Arabic language and its rich heritage”.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “We offer our heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues, students and all who loved him, praying to God Almighty to grant him His abundant mercy and to grant us all patience and solace in this time of grief”.
