College of Education, University of Wasit organized a symposium on the optimal use of water and improving hygiene practices in Iraq.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included three axes, the optimal use of water, Iraqi water sources between the use and sustainability and using rainwater and melting snow through construction of dams and reservoirs techniques.
The symposium recommended rationalizing the use of water increasing awareness and educational programs to reduce wastage and implement modern technologies in water rationing.
