A faculty member in the College of Law, University of Baghdad published a book entitled "The Inclusion in the provisions of Iraqi Nationality".
The book included reviewing the Nationality tie as one of the most important legal ties in community and drawing the line between the national and foreign belonging, which determines the aspect of the people, which is the most important aspect of the state.
