His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib congratulated the Islamic world and the honorable Iraqi people on the Eid Al-Adha and the blessed days of Hajj, in which people coming from every deep dawn gather in the vastness of Mecca, their hearts roam around its light, their souls feel the abundance of mercy and forgiveness and their voices rise in supplication to Allah. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib expressed the sincere hope, happiness and wishes to all Iraqis, that God bless them with what they aspire to and bring back Eid Al-Adha days and years that full with goodness and success.
