His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib inaugurated the dormitory building for women in the University of Kirkuk, with a capacity of seven hundred and fifty students. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib stressed on that the quality of educational services requires improving the environment in which the scientific production process takes place and developing the institutions so that students and faculty members can achieve the set goals. His Excellency added that there are challenges for universities on the way to achieve their scientific goal. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib highlighted that the treatments lie in plans and policies aimed at achieving quality and commitment to it and continuing improvement processes for educational graduates as a strategic goal, as well as reviewing policies and taking into account changes.
