His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail congratulated Iraqis and Muslim World on the blessed month of Ramadan. Dr. Al-Suhail hoped that the month of Ramadan would be the month of ending the crises that beset Iraq, especially the current epidemic and ending Corona Virus. Dr. Al-Suhail called on students to invest the current conditions and move towards electronic education to success the Iraqi educational process.
