A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science, University of Misan on the comparison of self-extroversion from the players' point of view and emotional intelligence according to the training ratings among football coaches in the southern region by the postgraduate student, Mr. Haider Hussain Muhammad. The dissertation demonstrated knowing the behavior of the individual and what comes out of him/her and the characteristics that distinguish the personality of the individual from the other and the level of the trait of self-extroversion and emotional intelligence among football coaches in terms of the coach's dealings with his/her players and knowledge of the degree of acceptance that would raise the psychological state of the players. The dissertation recommended the necessity of including training courses for the vocabulary of sports psychology and for coaches to be given special courses and workshops.
