Center for Continuous Education, Middle Technical University organized a workshop on the impact of exchanging ideas and experiences gained during university study in developing the community.
The workshop, in which a number of specialists participated, reviewed the theory of the compass of thinking and the Hermann scale to identify individual and institutional thinking samples to help individuals and institutions in increasing productivity, motivate employees and identify work standards.
