College of Medicine, University of Al-Qadisiyah held a training course on Chemicals Management System (CMS) and Barcode Design Mechanism (TBarCode Office). The course aimed at providing train the faculty members on how to manage chemical and biological materials, design the barcode and clarify the relationship between the CMS program and the TBarCode Office program. The course demonstrated methods for including chemical and biological substances in the inventory program, learning how to design a barcode and how to include it in the chemical and biological management program. The course reviewed the installation programs of Chemical Materials Management (CMS) and the barcode design program (TBarCode Office), as well as providing an explanation of the design of the program and clarification of how to create an account, how to include the chemical or biological material, identify users of the program, how to make reports, import information and convert data into an Excel file with an explanation Mechanism of checking unknown and known substance.
