During a meeting via Skype with the representatives of the Italian University of Florence and Italian Development Cooperation Agency, University of Thi-Qar reviewed developing marshes areas and livestock, President of the University, Dr. Yahya Abdel Ridha Abbas said. Dr. Abbas also reviewed developing the reality of the marshes areas and livestock in the south of Iraq as the international protected areas that must be developed. Dr. Abbas highlighted operating milk factory in the district of Al-Jabayish as one of the vital laboratories that must be operated to serve the people of the province.
